کرکوک؛ مسأله مشترک ترکمنها و تمام ترکهای جهان است

کرکوک، این شهر مهم شمال عراق، از دیرباز تا کنون به عنوان یک شهر ترکمن نشین مطرح بوده و هست. نام این شهر با نام ترکمن عجین گشته است و نمی توان تاریخ و حقایق تاریخی را انکار نمود. آنچه که اینک در کرکوک در جریان است توطئه ای است بزرگ بر علیه ترکمنها و ترکهای جهان که نباید از آن به سادگی گذشت.

ترکمنها در عراق چه در دوره گذشته و چه اکنون مظلوم واقع شده اند. در دوره صدام، این ملت، تحت ستم رژیم بعث بوده اند و اکنون نیز از سوی حکومت منطقه شمال عراق در خطر پاکسازی نژادی هستند. حکومت محلی کردستان، در تلاش برای یکدست کردن شهر کرکوک و کردیزه کردن آن، دست به هر تدبیری می زند و در این راستا حتی حکومت مرکزی عراق را نیز با خود همداستان کرده است.

جای شگفتی دارد گروهی که خود، مدعی مظلومیت است، اکنون در حال تبدیل شدن به ظالمی تمام عیار است و در نژادپرستی دست صدام و صدامیان را از پشت بسته است. حق خود را نمی توان با زیرپا گذاشتن حقوق سایرین به دست آورد و این درسی در تاریخ بشریت است که احتیاج به تکرار آن نیست چرا که تکرار تاریخ و درس نیاموختن از آن می تواند برای بازیگران بسیار سنگین تمام شود.

ترکمنها، در طول تاریخ بیشترین ترکیب جمعیتی کرکوک و پیرامون آنرا دارا بوده اند ولی با نزدیک شدن به رفراندوم، تمامی توطئه ها در حال شکل گیری است تا مخالفان ملت ترکمن، کرکوک را که به مثابه قلب ترکمنهاست از پیکره جدا کنند. توطئه هایی نظیر کوچ هزاران غیربومی از سایر نقاط به کرکوک، کوچاندن بخشی از ساکنان عرب کرکوکی به سایر نقاط برای برهم زدن ترکیب جمعیتی شهر، قتل ترکمنها و تهدید به قتل عام آنها و...

جای شگفتی بسیار است که دولت مرکزی عراق که باید حافظ یکپارچگی، وحدت و تمامیت ارضی این کشور باشد به آلت دست تبدیل شده است و برای خارج شدن عربها از کرکوک جایزه نیز تعیین کرده است! این امر بیش از هرچیز نشانگر ترجیح منافع قومی و محلی به منافع ملی در عراق است که از سوی جریان کرد حاکم بر دولت عراق صورت می گیرد. وگرنه کدام دولتی حاضر به تکه پاره شدن کشورش می باشد؟

در موضوع کرکوک، همه ما مسئولیم. همه آنهایی که نام ترک و ترکمن را با خود دارند. چه ترکمن باشد، چه ترک آذربایجان و چه ترک ترکیه، نباید بگذارند فاجعه ای دیگر در این خطه ترکمن نشین شکل بگیرد. باید از گذشته ها درس گرفت. حفظ خاک آباء و اجدادی ترکمن ها، نه فقط وظیفه ترکمنهای عراق و کرکوک، بلکه وظیفه تمام آنهائی ست که خون ترک و ترکمن در رگهایشان جاری ست.

در این زمینه، از کشوری همچون ترکمنستان که به عنوان سرزمین مادری ترکمنهای جهان شناخته می شود انتظار می رود از طریق دیپلماسی وارد شود و نگذارد برادران ترکمن در عراق قربانی منافع استکبار شوند. ترکمنهای کرکوک نباید خود را تنها و بی یاور حس کنند. وقتی ایالات متحده آمریکا، از آن سوی دنیا برای تأمین منافع دولت اقلیم کردستان همه راههای مشروع و غیرمشروع را در پیش می گیرد، چرا کشور ترکمنستان نباید از حق برادران همخون خود دفاع کند؟

نقشه ای که آمریکا در پیش گرفته است، تنها در عراق خلاصه نمی شود. منافع آمریکا کاملا به امتیاز گیری در منطقه خلاصه می شود و تجزیه عراق، جدایی شمال آن کشور و تهدید کشورهای منطقه نیز دقیقا در راستای امتیازگیری ایالات متحده از کشورهای همسایه عراق است. اکنون متأسفانه، اقلیم کردستان عراق به آلت دست آمریکا تبدیل شده است تا آمریکا بتواند به نفوذ خود در منطقه ادامه دهد. بخاطر همین است که باید تمام مردم عراق، اعم از سنی، شیعه، عرب، ترکمن و ... هوشیار باشند و نگذارند وحدت و تمامیت ارضی این کشور فدای منافع یک قوم شود. امروز ایجاب می کند که مردم عراق، در کنار هم، توطئه های قدرتهای جهانی و تجزیه طلبان را نقش بر آب کنند.

کرکوک باید نماد صلح و آسایش و برابری در منطقه باشد. هیچ گروهی نمی تواند و نباید این شهر را ملک اختصاصی خود قلمداد کند. چرا که اگر قرار بر ارجحیت واقعیات تاریخی باشد، ترکمنها باید مدعی این شهر باشند و دیگر اقوام این شهر را باید ترک کنند. ولی اکنون که مردم ترکمن، با سعه صدر و تحمل خود، حضور دیگر اقوام را نیز پذیرا شده اند چگونه گروهی به خود اجازه می دهد کرکوک را از آن خود بداند؟

وضعیت کنونی کرکوک باید زنگ خطری برای کشورهای منطقه بویژه ترکیه باشد. این کشور نزدیکترین کشور به کرکوک است. بزرگترین و قدرتمندترین کشور ترک زبان جهان به حساب می آید و از نزدیک شاهد درد و رنج مردم ترکمن است.

از سوی دیگر، تصفیه نژادی کرکوک زنگ خطری بسیار جدی برای تمامیت ارضی ترکیه نیز به شمار می رود. ترکیه باید در این قضیه با قاطعیت وارد شود. هیچ اغماضی از این کشور قابل قبول نیست. چرا که در این صورت سیاستمداران کنونی نفرین نسلهای آینده را به دوش خواهند کشید و آیندگان، آنها را نخواهند بخشید. متأسفانه، قضیه ورود به اتحادیه اروپا یا عدم خشنودی ایالات متحده از اقدامات حمایتی ترکیه از ترکمنها، آلت دست خوبی برای تجزیه طلبان عراق شده است به طوری که آنها پایشان را از گلیم خود درازتر کرده اند و حتی چشم به خاک ترکیه دوخته اند و ترکیه را به دخالت در امور داخلی آن کشور تهدید کرده اند.

نمی توان با کسی که در پی غصب خاک و موطن توست و در پی بیرون راندن برادر تو از خانه و کاشانه؛ دست دوستی داد. نمی توان از صلح و دوستی حرف زد وقتی که طرف مقابل، خنجر را به سوی قلب تو نشانه می گیرد. نمی توان برای رضایت این کشور یا آن کشور از تمامیت ارضی و حقوق خود چشم پوشید.

حفظ وطن خط قرمز هرکشور و هر ملتی است. در این باره، سهل انگاری و ساده اندیشی قابل قبول نیست. آنها که امروز به خاک کرکوک و به وطن ترکمنها چشم دوخته اند، فرداروز قطعا به دنبال تصاحب جایی دیگرهم خواهند بود.

سکوت امروز، خیانت به نسل آینده است. سکوت امروز، به معنای چشم پوشیدن از حقوق آیندگان است. کرکوک اکنون به مثابه شرف و ناموس ترکمنهاست. بسیاری از دلاورمردان ترکمن برای حفظ هویت آن از جان خود گذشته اند و با خون خود ترکمن نشین بودن کرکوک را بر صفحه روزگار نوشته اند. اکنون وظیفه تمام ترکمنها و ترکهای جهان و تمام کشورهای ترک زبان اعم از ترکمنستان، ترکیه، آذربایجان و... است که به پا خیزند و از حق ترک ها دفاع کنند. وظیفه همه ترکهاست که به پا خیزند و توطئه ها را خنثی کنند. درد برادر را تنها برادر می داند. ترک غیر از ترک، دوستی ندارد و حق ما را کسی جز خودمان نمی تواند به دست بگیرد.

KIRKUK IS THE COMMON PROBLEM OF THE TURKMENS AND THE TURKS ALL OVER THE WORLD

Kirkuk…This important city of Northern Iraq is recognized and known since ever as a Turkmen city. The name of this city has been identified with the name Turkmen and historical facts cannot be denied. The developments that are happening today in Kirkuk are a consequence of a massive stealthy plan targeting the Turks and Turkmens all over the world and this plan cannot be ignored.

The Turkmens in Iraq have always been under oppression. This people suffered from the Baath regime during the rule of Saddam. Now this people are under the threat of ethnic cleansing by the Regional Government in Northern Iraq.

The local government of Kurdistan is in an effort to turn the city of Kirkuk into a homogenous and Kurdish city and it is acting in line with the central government of Iraq in pursuit of this aim.

This group, which defines itself as being unjustly treated, has astonishingly turned into a tyrant and has surpassed Saddam and his followers in terms of racism. One cannot attain a right by cruelly violating the rights of others. One should learn its lesson from history, otherwise the actors should pay the price for this.

Throughout history, the Turkmens were the largest population in Kirkuk and its vicinity. However, with the forthcoming referendum stealthy plans are being shaped to separate Kirkuk from the Turkmens, which means to separate the heart from the body. In line with these stealthy plans, thousands of people from other regions who were not the local inhabitants are migrated to Kirkuk, many Arab inhabitants of Kirkuk are migrated to other regions, Turkmens are killed and threatened to be killed…

In great amazement, it is observed that the central government of Iraq awards the Arabs to force them to leave Kirkuk instead of protecting the union and territorial integrity of the country. This event, first of all, manifests that regional and ethnic interests surpass the national interests of Iraq. The Iraqi state is being directed by the Kurds. Would a state otherwise close its eyes to the breaking down of the country?

We are all responsible for Kirkuk; all of us who own Kirkuk on behalf of all the Turks and the Turkmens…Whether be a Turkmen or an Azerbaijani or a Turkish Turk; one should not stay aside and just watch the happening of another disaster in the Turkmen region. We should have taken our lessons from history. It is not only the duty of the Iraqi and Kirkuk Turkmens to protect the ancestral territories of the Turkmens. This is perhaps the duty of all the peoples that have in their veins Turkish and Turkmen blood…

Not only Turkmenistan who is considered as the main territory of the Turkmens, but all the countries should resort to diplomatic means to prevent the victimizing of our Turkmen brothers in Iraq.

The Turkmens of Kirkuk should not feel themselves alone and friendless. While the USA at the other side of the world is resorting to all legitimate and illegitimate means to protect the interests of the Kurdish local government, why is a country like Turkmenistan not able to protect the rights of its own cognate brothers.

The regional games of the United States are not only confined with Iraq. It is the aim of the United States to provide the separation of Northern Iraq from the country and to obtain interests from the neighboring countries for Iraq. Unfortunately, today the Regional Government in Northern Iraq has become the pawn of the USA. In this way, the United States is able to maintain its influence in the region. For this reason, no matter whether you are a Sunnite, a Shiite, an Arab, a Turkmen or any other; all the Iraqi people should be vigilant and prevent the demolition of the country’s territorial integrity for the interest of one ethnic group. Now the Iraqi people have to align with each other and destroy the stealthy plans of international powers and subversive elements.

The current situation of Kirkuk constitutes a threat for the regional countries and especially for Turkey. Turkey is the nearest country to Kirkuk. This country which is the biggest and strongest Turkish state on the world is closely witnessing the pain and sorrow of the Turkmen people.

Meanwhile, the ethnic cleansing activity in Kirkuk should be considered as a serious signal of threat in terms of Turkey’s territorial integrity. Turkey should take this situation very seriously. Not any negligence of this country is acceptable. Otherwise, the current politicians shall be cursed by the future generations and these generations shall never forgive them. Unfortunately, by entering the EU and not opposing the USA, the subversive elements of Iraq have been presented many opportunities to take action. They have even gone so far to covet the territorial integrity of Turkey and they have threatened Turkey to interfere with its internal affairs.

One can not hold the hand of somebody who is in an effort to take forcefully possession of territory and drive away his brother from his home. When one takes aim at your heart to strike with his knife, you cannot talk about peace and friendship. One can not give up one’s rights and territorial integrity just for the will of any country.

It is the main priority of any country and nation to protect its territory. In this aspect, not any negligence is acceptable. Because those who today covet the territories of Kirkuk and the Turkmens shall tomorrow definitely pursue the goal of taking over other places.

Keeping your silence today means that you betray the future generation and that you give up their rights in the future. Kirkuk is today the symbol of honor and dignity for the Turkmens. The brave Turkmen people have written with their lives and blood in the pages of history that Kirkuk is Turkmen territory. Today it is the duty of Turkmenistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan and all the other Turks and Turkmens on the world to rise up and defend the rights of the Turks. It is the duty of all the Turks to stand up and eliminate these stealthy plans. Only brothers can understand the sorrow of each other. The Turk shall not have any other friend than a Turk and no one can take our rights from us…
